Brainify.AI, the global brain measurement platform, has placed 4th among the winners of HealthTech44 2026, the annual awards recognizing the most promising companies in health technology. The official announcement is available on TechRound: HealthTech44 2026 Winners.
This year's head judge, Dr. Stuart Grant of Archetype Medtech, commented:
"Brainify has really interesting technology and a substantial dataset to build from, 2.7 million patients and 500,000 brain scans is a genuinely strong foundation. Understanding how the brain works and giving patients real insight into what's happening inside it is a fascinating and important frontier for healthcare. Backing from the likes of Harvard Innovation Labs, J&J and Microsoft Life Sciences adds real credibility. It would be great to see how this technology develops and where the foundational brain model gets applied next, and the platform genuinely looks adaptable across multiple healthcare use cases, from pharma research through to wellness."
"Longevity tools as biological age, bloodwork, recovery have gotten really good at measuring the body," says Ivan Mishanin, co-founder and COO of Brainify.AI. "The brain has mostly stayed out of that picture."
Brainify.AI is trying to solve that with what it calls a Longevity OS. The platform starts with a 10-minute dry-EEG assessment that estimates brain age and several other cognitive wellness metrics. Those results then feed into a branded app that gives users a personalized program and tracks their progress over time.
Neurological conditions now affect more than 3 billion people worldwide, and recent research suggests that EEG-based brain age is a non-invasive and relatively affordable way to assess brain health and identify potential risks earlier.
Brainify's approach is designed for everyday use rather than clinical settings. The core assessment doesn't require a medical license, and it avoids expensive interventions like infusions or hyperbaric chambers. The company has already launched its first deployment in Riyadh and is now in discussions with partners in Singapore, Spain, New York, and the UAE.
